10.000.000 Jobs Benchmark Exceeded

10.000.000 Reported Jobs

In 2020, Ulysses Systems Maintenance Application exceeded the 10.000.000 benchmark of reported jobs on one client database! 10.000.000 job completions is not only an awesome number. It also supports and proves how usable Ulysses Systems Task Assistant products are and how scalable. Because crew members reporting a job have the invaluable convenience of knowing what is going on without loggin in and out of applications to find out. The reason is that while reporting maintenance they also view spares requisitions, inventory management and locations, drawings and more… So, beyond the astounding usability that 10.000.000 jobs attest to, superintendents and vessel engineers have 360o visibility around the status of a component.

Super-fast take-up

It’s is not surprising, therefore, that onboarding is super fast and system adoption surpasses the most optimistic expectations. Because engineers consistently  and regularly report, and, in the case of our client Bourbon Offshore, surpassed the amazing threshold of 10.000.000 job completions on the company’s single shore-side database.

Performance

Furthermore, wholescale usage at this level proves the resilience and performance of the Task Assistant platform

Asset Management

However, without asset management, the usability of Ulysses Systems technical solutions would carry less weight with prospective customers. Fortunately, the Task Assistant® Computerized Maintenance Management System is by design an asset management system that facilitates machinery component comparisons. Across-the-fleet overviews of component maintenance and procurement make it a very powerful reporting tool for crews and managers.

New information coming from reporting ship component duty and requisitions is completed locally but also available centrally. For a better understanding of  Ulysses Systems Asset Management read about the Task Assistant® Central Components Library.
