In Software Too, Teamwork Is Best

In software, ‘teamwork’ or ‘teambuilding’ translates into ‘ecosystem of IT Systems’. And ecosystems translate into ‘integrated ecosystems.’ So, as in football, a team cannot exist without teambuilding and teamwork, in software an ecosystem of IT Systems requires integration. Integration fulfils the role the manager fulfils for a football team.

Let’s take this analogy a few steps further.
In software, systems integration requires the stakeholders to be close, just as in football, where owner, manager and players need to be close.
And as in football, the stakeholders need to communicate their moves.
And the language needs to be common.
